aktivitetin financiar te kryer nga ana e BD.<\/li><\/ol><p>5.Per \u00e7do parregullsi qe bie ndesh me Statutin, Programet dhe Rregulloret e miratuara nga organet drejtuese ose nga marreveshjet me donatoret ky BDF ka te drejte te paraqese nje kerkese per rivleresim.<\/p><p>6.Kerkesa behet me shkrim dhe duhet shqyrtuar ne mbledhjen e radhes.<\/p><p>7.Ne analizen perkatese eshte e detyrueshme prania e nje perfaqesuesi te BDF -se.<\/p><p>8.Kur BDF gjykon se vendimi i marre eshte i parregullt dhe cenon rende parimet e shoqates ai mund te kerkoje edhe thirrjen e Asamblese se Pergjithshme te me t\u00eb tret\u00ebt. N\u00ebse p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndryshme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i disponuesh\u00ebm, ai i\u2019a kalon k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb N\u00ebnkryetarit, me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb dokumenti t\u00eb shkruar, ku p\u00ebrcakton shprehimisht kompetencat, q\u00eb ka deleguar dhe shtrirjen kohore t\u00eb vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb delegimit.<\/li><li><strong><em>Kryetari i \u201cSH.A.A.SH.\u201d \u2013s\u00eb, ka k\u00ebto t\u00eb drejta dhe detyrime<\/em><\/strong><ol><li>Administrimin e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb \u201cSH.A.A.SH.\u201d \u2013s\u00eb, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb statutit, vendimet e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme, Bordit Drejtues dhe legjislacionit n\u00eb fuqi;<\/li><li>Raporton dhe jep llogari p\u00ebrpara e t\u00eb lir\u00eb, sipaas kritereve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nga Bordi Drejtues;<\/li><li>Hyn n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me organizma t\u00eb tjera vendase dhe t\u00eb huaja;<\/li><li>Th\u00ebrret mbledhjet e Bordit Drejtues;<\/li><li>Th\u00ebrret dhe kryeson punimet e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme;<\/li><li>I propozon Bordit Drejtues planin e aktiviteteve t\u00eb \u201cSH.A.A.SH.\u201d \u2013s\u00eb;<\/li><li>Autorizon veprimet financiare t\u00eb \u201cSH.A.A.SH.\u201d \u2013s\u00eb;<\/li><li>Firmos vendimet e Bordit Drejtues dhe korrespondenc\u00ebn e \u201cSH.A.A.SH.\u201d \u2013s\u00eb;<\/li><li>Koh\u00ebzgjatja e q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 4 (kater) vjecar, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb rizgjedhjeje;<\/li><li>Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb mandatit, ish kryetari i parizgjedhur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb, vijon t\u00eb mbetet an\u00ebtar bordi, p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij organi kolegjial.<\/li><li>N\u00eb rastet kur kryetari jep dor\u00ebheqjen apo largohet nga shoqata p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb tjera, Bordi Drejtues i mbledhur nga N\u00ebnkryetari th\u00ebrret Asamblen\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e kryetarit t\u00eb
